Information Collected
When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number (optional), area of interest, and message. If you leave your details at the end of the Business Efficiency Check, your name, email and your answers to the check are saved too. Each inquiry also records the page it was sent from and, when available, the campaign that brought you to the site (for example a LinkedIn post).
Purpose of Processing
Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, assess suitability for advisory services, and conduct professional correspondence. Your data is never sold or shared with unrelated third parties.
AI Chat Assistant
This site includes a chat widget powered by an AI assistant, used for initial questions and scheduling consultation calls. When you open the chat, a randomly generated session identifier (no personal data) is stored in your browser's localStorage, purely to link your messages to their replies within one conversation. Messages you type in the chat (and any details you choose to share, such as a name or email) are sent for processing to a language model (Google Gemini) via our own independent server infrastructure, in order to generate a reply. The message content itself is not retained in your browser after you close the page, and is not shared with any third party beyond what is required to generate the reply.
Data Storage & Security
Inquiries submitted through this website are securely stored in Zoho CRM (EU data center) for relationship management. To block spam, forms are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at technical browser signals without tracking cookies. To limit repeated submissions, the site counts requests per one-way hash of your IP address and never stores the address itself. The site is hosted on Netlify and served through Cloudflare.
Analytics & Cookies
With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and general traffic sources. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies for this site.
