How I built a system that brings more customers without more hands
AI Agent + Weekly Content Routine, in my own business
Growth in a small consulting business hits two classic bottlenecks: leads going cold because nobody’s available to answer right away, and marketing content that stalls the moment there’s no time to sit down and write. Both usually call for more hands, and not every business can, or should, hire someone just for that.
I built an AI agent available 24/7 on WhatsApp and the website, answering leads in real time and passing them straight into Zoho CRM, without needing to hire an extra support person. Alongside it, I built an automated weekly content routine ("Roi") that drafts the week’s LinkedIn and Facebook posts, in Hebrew and English, in my brand’s voice, and queues them ready in the scheduling tool. I just review and approve, without sitting down to a blank page every week.
Leads get an immediate response at any hour, with no extra support hire. Marketing content goes out consistently every week: the system writes, I just approve. Both systems run in parallel, extending the business’s reach without adding a single person to the team.
