The system I built to manage my own job search and business-development pipeline

Emails bundling dozens of opportunities arrived daily, from different sources, in different formats. There was no manual way to track them all without missing opportunities, reaching out twice to the same contact, or losing track of what had already been handled.

I built an automated pipeline that breaks each digest into its individual components, scores every opportunity for fit, checks for duplicates against past outreach, and also checks against a history of past rejections so time isn’t wasted on what’s already off the table. The verdict gets written directly into a Kanban tracking board with built-in follow-up reminders, so every opportunity always shows where it stands without anyone updating it by hand.
